In May 2022, the Eyes of Army team reported a road accident that damaged a volunteer vehicle and some equipment. Eight drones needed repairs, so the team planned to send them to a service centre.

Other team members continued delivering equipment. The volunteers intended to complete the handovers agreed with recipients and return the damaged aircraft to service after repairs.
