In late February 2023, Eyes of Army reviewed its first year of work. According to the foundation, service members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Special Operations Forces received 159 DJI Mavic 3 drones, three Phantoms of different models, one Ukrainian-made drone and two Volkswagen vehicles. This was the cumulative result for the year, including earlier handovers.

The team also helped with repairs and purchasing components. Other aircraft were still being worked on and tested when the report was published; they were not included in the list of equipment already handed over.
